Service Availability

Third-Party Services

Iris integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Iris:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit harmful code or malware
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service
  • To attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • For any fraudulent or harmful purpose

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
